If you're not completely satisfied, here’s how we handle returns:

Eligibility Window:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Opened or used fragrances

• Gift cards

• Sale items

Process:

1. Email support@vibesandvapours.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll respond with return instructions.

3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund (minus shipping costs).

Damaged/Defective Items:
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item with photo evidence for a free replacement.
